A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Registered Valuer Roger is also a long standing member of the U.K. Register of Expert Witnesses. He has provided advice to a variety of clients including lending institutions; solicitors; central government departments; national and local registered charities; corporate clients; police forces; housing associations; local authorities; local authority trading standards officers; property trusts as well as individuals on a wide range of issues.  

 

With over 45 years of experience, he has acted as an Expert Witness in litigation matters relating to valuation and building defects as well as solicitor and surveyor negligence cases. He has appeared as an Expert on property related matters in local County Courts; the Central London County Court; The High Court, and The Court of Appeal. He has also appeared before The Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (First Tier Tribunal-Property) and The Lands Tribunal as an advocate and an Expert, and has represented clients in various arbitration and mediation hearings.
